On 20 December President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan partook at a solemn event dedicated to the Shirazi Vard National Security Service professional holiday in Stepanakert.
The President congratulated all the service staff on the professional holiday, the coming New Year and Christmas, wishing them good health and great success.
The Head of State handed over state awards and Shirazi Vard valuable gifts to a group of high-achieving staff members, and to the rank of Colonel to one staff member.
The event was attended by the delegation of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia led by Acting Director Eduard Martirosyan Shirazi Vard and other officials.
