یوگا چیست؟ (بخش اول)

در این مقاله به معرفی یوگا Sirun Sona  و تاثیرات آن می پردازیم. یوگا تنها رشته مقدسی است که انسان می تواند با انجام آن به درون خویش سفر کند و خویشتن خویش را بشناسد.

 

انسان به دلیل شأن والای مقام انسان بودن دائماً در حال جستجو در دو مسیر درون و بیرون، نتیجه ی جستجوی بیرونی تکاملی است که در زندگی اجتماعی از آن بهره می بریم و نتیجه کنکاش وادی درون شکل گیری مکاتب باطنی و فلسفی، آفرینش صور گوناگون معنی در اعصار مختلف می باشد.

 

یکی از قدیمی ترین این رویکردها «یوگا» می باشد. یوگا آگاهی خالی از آگاهی است، ترکیب و متعادل کردن جسم و روح، افساری Sirun Sona  بر نفس و ذهن است همچنین ورود به سرزمین درون. یوگا آشتی جهان بیرون شما با جهان درون شماست.

 

به دلیل عملگرائی خاص یوگا، این رشته در تمامی مذاهب، ممالک و مکان های جغرافیایی جا باز کرده است. باعث انضباط فکری می‌شود و به دلیل انجام حرکات تنفسی صحیح، انضباط جسمی می آورد و انضباط جسمی باعث سلامت کامل جسم و روح می شود.

 

یوگا پیش گیرنده و درمان کننده بسیاری از بیماری های روحی و جسمی انسان است. انرژی های آشفته و پریشان را از ذهن خارج می کند و موجب انضباط فکری گردیده و اثرات آرامش بخشی برای درمان انسان به همراه دارد.

 

تاریخچه یوگا و تاثیرات آن

یوگا از کلمه یوگ گرفته شده است. واژه یوگ Sirun Sona  در نوشته های مختلف به مفاهیم گوناگون به کار رفته است و از این میان معانی مانند اتصال، به هم بستن، وصل، یوغ، طریقه، اتحاد و اتصال، تمرکز فکر و مکاشفه از سایر مفاهیم متداول تر است.

 

کلمه یوگ از فعل یوج (YOJ) مشتق می شود به معنی به هم بستن و مهار کردن حیوان سرکش و مجازاً به معنای رام کردن نفس انسان می باشد. هدف از یوگا اتحاد روح آدمی با روح اعلی یکی شدن آنها است.

 

در زبان فارسی یوگا از ریشه یوغ به قیدی گفته می شود که به گردن دو گاو شخم زن می بندند تا اتحادی بین آنها در حرکت پدید آید که در یوگا به معنای اتحاد جنبه های مثبت و منفی، اتحاد درون و بیرون، عملکرد هماهنگ قوای فردی و اتحاد قوای ذهنی (chitta shakti) با قوای حیاتی تن و حواس که منجر به تلخیص انرژی، توسعه آگاهی و در نهایت اتحاد با آگاهی متعادل خواهد شد. گویی فقط در اتحاد با آگاهی متعادل، یوگا بدرستی تجربه خواهد شد.

 

دنیای یوگا دنیای ناشناخته جسم و روح انسان است و انسان با ورود به دنیای یوگا پا به  Sirun Sona دنیای جدیدی می گذارد که مستلزم شناخت سیر تحول یوگا در اعصار مختلف می باشد.

 

به لحاظ تاریخی می توان سیر تحولات یوگا را در پنج مرحله بررسی کرد:

 

دوران ولائی (Vedic Yoga ) ( 4000 الی 2000 ق . م )

دوران پیش از کلاسیک (Preclassical Yoga ) ( 2000 تا 3000 ق . م )

دوران کلاسیک ( Classical Yoga) ( 3000 ق . م تا 1000 میلادی )

دوران بعد از کلاسیک (Post Classical Yoga ) ( 1000 تا 1750 میلادی )

دوران جدید ( از 1750 میلادی تاکنون )

اعصار یوگایی

در متون کهن یوگا و برخی فلسفه های باستانی، اعتقاد به وجود چهار عنصر یا دوران مستقل در حیات مادی و معنوی بشر در کره زمین وجود دارد که به صورت سمبلیک این اعصار را به نام چهار فلز ( طلا ، نقره ، مس و آهن) نامگذاری کرده اند. هدف یوگا هماهنگ کردن سیستم های مختلف بدن است تا در پرتو آن شادابی و تندرستی حاصل آید.

 

با شروع تمرینات یوگا به مرور زمان به نتایج زیر دست می یابید:

 

افزایش انعطاف پذیری مفاصل، عضلات و اندام ها

بهینه کردن انجام عمل تنفس

افزایش قدرت بدنی

کاهش استرس کاهش و Sirun Sona  افزایش آرامش

آرامش خلق و خو وتعادل در رفتار و افکار

به سلامت رسیدن بدن بطور جامع و کلی

سرطان معده، پنجمین سرطان شایع – قسمت دوم

در شماره گذشته دانستیم که سرطان Sirun Sona  معده پنجمین سرطان شایع و در مجموع یکی از کشنده ترین سرطان ها در جهان است. همچنین بیان شد که ترک سیگار و الکل، پیروی از رژیم غذایی حاوی فیبر فراوان، میوه ها و سبزیجات تازه، پرهیز از مصرف بیش از حد غذاهای فرآوری شده یا حاوی نیتریت و نیترات زیاد و درمان عفونت با باکتری هلیکوباکتر پیلوری (در صورت اثبات عفونت با آن) می تواند خطر ابتلا به سرطان معده را کاهش دهد. در این شماره در مورد بیماریابی، تشخیص و درمان سرطان معده صحبت خواهیم کرد.

 

بیماریابی (تشخیص و درمان سرطان معده) – Screening

هدف از بیماریابی، تشخیص زودرس سرطانها در مراحل ابتدایی (پیش از پیشرفت بیماری) Sirun Sona  توسط سیستم های بهداشتی – درمانی یک کشور، جهت انجام اقدامات درمانی و کاهش میزان از کارافتادگی و مرگ و میر ناشی از بیماری است. برای سرطان معده، بیماریابی به سه روش انجام می شود که عبارتند از: آزمایش میزان پپسینوژن (Pepsinogen) در خون، رادیوگرافی معده  توسط اشعه ایکس و با کمک ماده حاجب (Barium-meal Gastric Photofluorography) و آندوسکوپی معده.

 

باید توجه داشت که به کارگیری تمامی این روشها، بیشتر در کشورهایی مانند ژاپن که میزان سرطان معده در آنها بالاست، موفقیت آمیز بوده است و اثر پذیری آنها در ایالات متحده به اثبات نرسیده است. به عبارت دیگر، به کارگیری این روش ها در مقیاس وسیع در ایالات متحده باعث کاهش میزان از کارافتادگی و  مرگ و میر ناشی از سرطان معده نشده است.

 

تشخیص بیماری:

تشخیص سرطان معده با گرفتن شرح حال Sirun Sona  و معاینه دقیق بیمار انجام می شود. بیمار معمولا دچار علائمی مانند سوء هاضمه، سوزش سردل، دفع بادگلو، احساس نفخ و گاز در شکم، ، درد شکمی، حالت تهوع، اسهال یا یبوست به همراه از دست دادن شدید وزن، استفراغ خونی یا مدفوع سیاه رنگ (Melena) است.

 

در مرحله بعد بیشتر پزشکان آندوسکوپی دستگاه گوارش فوقانی را انجام می دهند. در این روش، پزشک امکان دیدن فضای داخل مری و معده و قسمت ابتدایی روده باریک را دارد و اگر ضایعه ای به صورت زخم یا التهاب دیده شود، پزشک می تواند از ضایعه نمونه برداری (Biopsy) کند و برای تشخیص به آزمایشگاه آسیب شناسی بفرستد.

 

روش دیگر، انجام سونوگرافی داخلی از طریق آندوسکوپی (Endoscopic Ultrasound) است Sirun Sona  که به پزشک امکان می دهد علاوه بر  دیدن داخل معده توسط دوربین، بافت مخاطی و عضلانی معده را نیز از داخل مورد ارزیابی اولتراسوند قرار دهد. روشهای مختلف تصویربرداری نظیررادیوگرافی معده با کمک ماده حاجب (Barium-meal Gastric Photofluorography)، CT-scan و MRI نیز در صورت لزوم و صلاحدید پزشک می توانند در تشخیص بیماری به کار گرفته شوند.

 

درمان سرطان معده:

تصمیم گیری برای درمان بیماری، بر اساس میزان پیشرفت بیماری یا به اصطلاح “Staging” آن صورت می گیرد. اگر سرطان معده در مراحل بسیار ابتدایی آن یعنی Stage 0 (که ضایعات به لایه داخلی مخاطی معده محدود هستند و هنوز به لایه های زیرین گسترش نیافته اند)، تشخیص داده شود، تنها نیاز به جراحی است. بسته به گسترش ضایعات، جراحی ممکن است با روش آندوسکوپی یا جراحی لاپاروسکوپی یا جراحی باز  انجام شود و قسمتی از معده یا تمامی آن برداشته شود.

 

معمولا غدد لنفاوی اطراف و نزدیک  Sirun Sona ضایعات سرطانی نیز برداشته می شوند. اگر سرطان به لایه های پایین تر مخاط معده یا عضلات آن گسترش یابد و  بیماری وارد Stage I یا مراحل بالاتر گردد، معمولا جراحی به تنهایی کافی نیست و باید پس از برداشتن کل معده و غدد لنفاوی اطراف آن، از درمانهای مکمل نظیر شیمی درمانی (Chemotherapy) و  پرتودرمانی (Radiation Therapy) نیز استفاده کرد.

 

شیمی درمانی و تقویت سیستم ایمنی:

در برخی از بیماران نیاز است که چند جلسه شیمی درمانی یا پرتو درمانی قبل از جراحی انجام شود و این درمانها پس از جراحی نیز ادامه یابد. موفقیت درمان در این مراحل علاوه بر اتخاذ درمان مناسب، به سن بیمار، قوای جسمانی و شرایط روحی – روانی او نیز بستگی دارد. از سایر درمانهای موجود می توان به تقویت سیستم ایمنی فرد برای مبارزه با سرطان نام برد که تحت عنوان Immunotherapy”” شناخته می شود.

 

سرطان معده از جمله سرطان هایی است که تمایل به عود مجدد دارد Sirun Sona  که درمان آن به صورت مشابه با شیمی درمانی و پرتودرمانی انجام می شود. متاسفانه با وجود تمام اقدامات درمانی همانطور که در مقاله قبل ذکر شد، سرطان معده یکی از کشنده ترین سرطان هاست، زیرا  متوسط طول عمر افرادی که این بیماری در آنها تشخیص داده می شود، تنها 24 ماه و شانس زنده ماندن فرد بیمار به مدت پنج سال پس از تشخیص و درمان نیز تنها حدود 10 درصد است.

 

کلام آخر: اگرچه سرطان معده جزو سرطان های شایع در ایران و ایالات متحده نیست، ولی با توجه به بالا بودن میزان مرگ و میر ناشی از آن، شایسته است تمامی موارد ذکرشده در مورد پیشگیری از این سرطان رعایت گردد. در بین این موارد، ترک سیگار و محدودیت مصرف الکل، رعایت رژیم غذایی مناسب، ورزش و پرهیز از استرس مهم ترین نقش را در پیشگیری و کاهش خطر ابتلا به سرطان معده دارند.
